Human Resource Development Program: Objectives: The Human Resource Program is to design to solve the problem and challenges facing organization today in the areas of personnel and human resources management are manifold. In view of this concern this program is also designed to personnel specialists whose aim is to enhance their present knowledge and implement new skills and techniques within their organizations.
B.Sc. in Human Resource Development: The number of credit hours required for obtaining the Bachelor of Human Resource development is 120 credit hours. The Human Resource Development program’s graduates may find themselves with career opportunities including consultancy in both the public and private sectors. Emphasis using the internet toward the use of Human Resource related software. In general it is designed to provide the student with the up-to-date skills, knowledge and understanding required for the effective management of people at work. It is respond to market demand for skills in Human resource Development. Student Learning Outcomes: As a result of completing this program, students should be able to demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of the activities and decisions that inform the employment relationship, including recruitment, selection and training of employees, health and safety, employment law, and motivation and productivity. Job Opportunities: The degree in Human Resource Development program has been carefully drawn to meet market demands qualitatively in particular in public and private sector. The program ensures offering graduates who will be efficient and effective in performing business and achieving organization objectives.
