Al Buraimi University College and the Faculty of Law at Ain Shams University – the partner university – signed an academic affiliation agreement in preparation for the launch of the doctoral program in law, as a continuation of the successful cooperation between the two colleges, which began with a bachelor’s program in 2011, followed by a master’s program in 2017.

The academic affiliation agreement was signed by Sheikh Ahmed bin Nasser Al-Nuaimi, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Al Buraimi University College, and Prof. Dr. Yasser Fouad, Dean from BUC part, and by Prof. Mahmoud Al-Matini, President of Ain Shams University, and Prof. Muhammad Safi, Dean of the Faculty of Law, from Ain Shams University part.

BUC also signed a memorandum of understanding with the College of Mass Communication at Ain Shams University in preparation for offering academic programs at the college.

The signing ceremony was attended by His Excellency Abdullah bin Nasser Al Rahbi, Ambassador of the Sultanate of Oman to the Arab Republic of Egypt and Permanent Representative to the League of Arab States.

The signing ceremony was also attended by Dr. Omar Al-Sawafi, Assistant Dean for Academic Affairs and Scientific Research, and Mr. Sultan bin Muhammad Al Kindi, Director of the Financial Affairs Department from BUC , and from Ain Shams University, Prof. Dr. Ayman Saleh, Vice President for Graduate Studies and Research, and Prof. Dr. Ghada Farouk, Acting Vice President of the University for Community Service and Environmental Development Affairs, and Prof. Heba Shaheen, Acting Dean of the College of Mass Communication, who participated in signing the Memorandum of Understanding with the College of Mass Communication.

After the signing ceremony ended, Sheikh Ahmed bin Nasser Al-Nuaimi and His Excellency Prof. Mahmoud Al-Matini exchanged commemorative shields, expressing the depth of relations and partnership between BUC and Ain Shams University and their common and renewed desire to invest in their close relations for further cooperation in the field of offering academic programs and everything that serves the educational process .
