PROGRAM OBJECTIVES AND LEARNING OUTCOMES
OBJECTIVES
- Enhance the student’s legal knowledge in a way that makes him able to demonstrate critical awareness of legal issues and contemporary legal developments
- Dealing with contemporary legal issues through sober critical analysis of legal norms
- Formulate appropriate legal solutions to emerging legal issues using available technology
- Develop the student’s ability to perform various legal tasks within a team.
- Preparing legal cadres capable of keeping pace with the requirements of the legal labor market
- Developing the student’s scientific research skills and learning about the latest comparative legal systems
- Qualifying the student to continue the doctoral stage and develop himself functionally.
LEARNING OUTCOMES
- Compares contemporary legislative, judicial, and jurisprudential trends and draws out similarities and controversies.
- Analyzes legislative texts, judicial rulings and jurisprudential theories and comments on them through critical and sober thinking
- Appropriate legal solutions will be concluded for emerging legal issues
- Develops legal skills that make him able to perform legal tasks
- Links the theoretical side with the practical side
- Accomplishes scientific research consistent with the standards of scientific research with the help of learning resources of all kinds
- Takes responsibility for learning in a way that leads to self-development and functionality
