- The registration period for academic program students begins on Sunday, September 14, 2025, and ends on Thursday, September 18, 2025.
- Students will be assigned registration days according to the number of hours completed by each student.
- Students who have outstanding tuition fees from previous semesters are not allowed to register for courses in the first semester of 2025-2026 and must pay the outstanding fees in order to register.
- Students with a GPA below 2.3 may only register with their academic advisor.
- Tuition fees must be paid in advance before registration, with students paying 100 Riyals for each course they wish to register for. Master’s students must pay 130 riyals for each course in advance. Doctoral students must pay 150 Riyals for each course in advance.
- Electronic payment is available to all students with a bank card through the College’s electronic portal.
- The period for adding and dropping courses for all students is from Sunday, 21-09-2025, to Thursday, 25-09-2025.
- Classes for undergraduate students will begin on Sunday, 21-09-2025.
- Classes for graduate students will begin on Saturday, 20-09-2025.
